Terms and Conditions

THE HIRER will during the period of the hiring, be responsible for the supervision for the equipment, its care, safety from damage, and the behaviour of all persons of all ages using the equipment whatever its capacity, including proper supervision to ensure children under school age use the equipment separately to older children or adults. Bouncing Around excludes any liability for injury, loss or damage caused to any person using the equipment.

THE HIRER shall not use the equipment for any other purpose than described, and shall not sub hire or use the equipment or allow the equipment to be allowed for any unlawful purpose or in any unlawful way, nor allow anyone on to the equipment wearing shoes, spectacles, carrying sharp objects, key-rings, metal studded clothing or any other similar items which could cause damage to others or the equipment. No food or drink is to be consumed on the equipment.

AT THE END of the hiring, the hirer shall be responsible for leaving the equipment in a clean and tidy condition.

I/WE understand that if there is any damage to, or loss of, the equipment we will be responsible for repair or replacement of the said equipment.


The Attendant should:

· Ensure that all users remove their footwear (except socks), and any other hard, sharp or dangerous objects from their person, such as buckles, pens, knives etc. Spectacles are also best removed

· Not allow anyone to climb or hang on the outside walls

· Not allow users who are taller then the outside walls when standing on the inflated bed too use the unit. Adults are also not allowed to use the unit; if they do they do it at their own risk.

· Not allow users to be on the unit during inflation or deflation

· Ensure that the users using the unit at the same time should be all of a similar size and ability

· Not allow the unit to become overcrowded

· Prevent careless or reckless behaviour or intentional rough play including recklessly colliding with other users. Offenders should be dealt with by expulsion

· Not allow food or drink to be taken onto the unit

· Ensure access to fans, electricity supply cables and outlets, generators or motorised fans and their fuel, exhausts, air inlet and outlet pipes, safety equipment, anchor ropes and stakes or weights is prevented at all times by people using the unit

· Limit the number of children on the castle at any one time to a safe level
